The Difference

A kitchen quote isn't a service call.

Most agencies run one playbook across every trade. The same ad that fills a plumber's week gets pointed at a kitchen and bath remodeler, and the remodeler ends up buried in people who want a number over the phone.

A homeowner redoing their kitchen is handing over the room the whole house runs through. They'll live without a stove for eight weeks. They've been saving pictures for two years and they've already got two other bids. That's a different sale than anything else in the trades, and it needs different marketing.

Handyman & Trade

Speed wins

Same-week work, a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. Whoever picks up first gets the job. Volume beats trust every time.

Kitchen & Bath Remodeler

Proof and filtering win

Thirty to ninety days, $25k to $150k. They need to see a finished room that looks like theirs, and you need to know their budget before you drive out.

Custom Home Builder

Patience wins

Six to eighteen months, $400k and up. A different animal, and we run a separate system for builders.

Selected Work

The proof isn't a stock photo.

Real jobs, shot on site. They all run at once with the sound off. Click any one to bring the audio up and let it take the floor.

The Gap

Why your schedule has holes in it.

You didn't get into remodeling to spend your nights in Ads Manager. Here's what usually put the gap there.

01

Three bids on the same job

They've already talked to two other guys before they call you. Now you're competing on price for work you'd rather do right.

02

Pinterest budgets

They want the waterfall island and the panel-ready fridge on twenty grand. Nobody told them what that room actually costs.

03

Referrals went quiet

Last year's word of mouth filled last year's calendar. It doesn't carry into a slower market, and you find out four months late.

04

Free estimates eating your week

Two hours of windshield time and a walkthrough for somebody who was never going to spend it. Do that four times and there goes a day.

05

Your best work is invisible

Forty finished kitchens sitting in your phone that nobody outside the family has seen. The proof exists. It never left the camera roll.

06

You became the marketer

Boosting posts at ten at night after a full day of selections and change orders. It's a second job and you aren't getting paid for it.

Two Rooms, Two Sales

Kitchens and baths don't sell the same way.

Same crew, same trucks, completely different homeowner on the other end of the ad.

Kitchens

Why kitchen leads dry up.

A kitchen is the most-shopped job in the trades. Biggest room-level spend in the house, the one every neighbor will see, and the homeowner has been collecting pictures long before they picked up the phone.

So they call three people. If all three show up the same way, with a truck and a folder and a number, the homeowner picks on price. That's not a sales problem. It's showing up last to somebody who already decided what good looks like.

The fix is being in front of them during the two years they're thinking about it, so by the time they're ready you aren't bid number three. You're the one they wanted.

Baths

Why baths are a different sell.

Baths move faster and cost less, which cuts both ways. Shorter decision cycle means a good ad reaches somebody who's actually ready. Smaller ticket means a couple of tub swaps won't carry a slow month.

The money is in the ones that aren't small. A primary bath with a curbless shower, heated floors, and real tile runs like a small kitchen. Screening has to separate those from the fifteen-hundred-dollar vanity swaps before either reaches your calendar.

That's what the filter form does. Same system, different questions.

The System

How the Remodeler Authority Pipeline™ runs.

Four phases. Raw footage in, booked appointments out. Same order every time, the way a job runs.

01

Target

Days 1 to 7

We lock in the jobs you actually want and the neighborhoods worth driving to.

  • Define your best job type, scope, and price band
  • Map your service radius down to the zip code
  • Set the minimum job size worth a walkthrough
  • Lay out the 90-day plan with weekly checkpoints
02

Capture

Days 5 to 14

Your finished rooms become the ad. Pull your phone out at demo, at tile, at the final walk and send us the clips.

  • Raw phone footage cut into short video ads
  • Before-and-afters edited for a phone screen
  • Multiple versions built so we can test instead of guess
  • Captioned, since most homeowners watch with the sound off
03

Reach

Days 14 to 90

Those ads run to homeowners inside your radius who can actually afford the work.

  • Facebook and Instagram campaigns aimed at your service area
  • Targeted on home value, household income, and property age
  • Daily budget managed so nothing leaks to clicks three counties over
  • Retargeting for the ones who watched and didn't call yet
04

Filter

Days 14 to 90

Nobody reaches your calendar without answering the questions you'd ask on the phone anyway.

  • Project type, scope, budget, timeline, and location
  • Price shoppers stop at the form, not at your truck
  • Only qualified appointments land on your schedule
  • Reminders go out so the people who book actually show

The Alternatives

Four ways remodelers buy work.

Nobody publishes these numbers, so here they are. Run them against what you're paying now.

The OptionWhat It RunsWhat You Actually Get

Shared Lead Services

Angi · HomeAdvisor · Houzz

$15 to $120Per lead, plus membership

The same homeowner gets sold to three to eight remodelers at once, and you're all calling within minutes. Contractors report effective costs above $1,000 per booked job once you count the leads that went nowhere. Cancel early and some contracts bill 35% of what's left.

Full-Service Agency

The 12-month retainer

$2,500 to $10,000Per month, plus ad spend

Most take another 15% to 20% off the top of your ad budget as a management fee, so your $1,500 buys $1,200 of reach. You're one of forty accounts, you talk to an account manager instead of the person doing the work, and the contract runs a year.

Hire It In-House

A marketing person on payroll

Salary + benefitsPlus ad spend and tools

Three months to find somebody decent, another six before they know your market. Then they've got one set of hands and they've never run a remodeler's account before. It works at scale. At your size it's a bet on one hire.

Boost It Yourself

The 9pm approach

Your eveningsPlus whatever you spend

Boosting a post shows your work to whoever Facebook feels like showing it to. No radius you control, no screening, no calendar. It's the cheapest option on this list and the one that costs you the most hours.

The 90-Day Kickstart

What we do

$3,000Per month, all in

Half is ad spend and it goes to Meta untouched. No markup, no cut. Ninety days, then month to month. You talk to Felipe every time. If we don't land 10 booked appointments in the sprint, we keep working and you don't pay the fee.

The Scope

What kitchen and bath remodeler marketing should cost.

No tiers, no packages, no retainer that quietly climbs. One number, split down the middle, and you can see both halves.

Deliverable 01 · Target

Planning session

We sit down and define the jobs you want more of, the neighborhoods worth driving to, and the minimum scope worth a walkthrough. You leave with a written 90-day plan.

Deliverable 02 · Capture

Ad creative production

You send raw clips off your phone. We cut them into short before-and-after video ads with captions and pacing built for a phone, then build variations so we can test what actually books.

Deliverable 03 · Reach

Meta ads management

Hands-on daily management of your Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Targeting, budget, and creative rotation adjusted against real numbers, not a monthly check-in.

Deliverable 04 · Filter

Project filter form

A custom qualification form built to your criteria. Scope, budget, timeline, and project type verified before anyone can pick a slot on your calendar.

Straight Answers

Questions remodelers actually ask.

I've run Facebook ads and only got people wanting a price over the phone.

That's a filter problem, not an ads problem. Boosting a post puts your number in front of everybody, so everybody calls.

We put a form between the ad and your calendar. It asks about scope, budget, timeline, and location. People without a real answer stop right there. The ones who make it through have already told you what you'd have asked on the phone.

Do you split kitchens and baths into separate campaigns?

Usually yes, because the homeowner searching for a bath is not in the same headspace as one planning a full kitchen. Different creative, different questions on the form, different budget floors.

Same system underneath. It's one setup and one fee, not two.

I don't have professional video of my kitchens.

Good. Polished remodeler videos look like every other polished remodeler video. Raw footage off your phone outperforms them because it looks real.

Shoot the room at demo. Shoot it again at tile. Two minutes at the final walk. Send us the clips and we handle everything after that.

My average job is under $25,000. Is this worth it?

Maybe not yet, and we'll tell you straight. Run the calculator above with your real numbers. If it can't show a clear 3x return on paper, we won't take your money.

Raise your minimum job size or your close rate and run it again. That math flips fast.

Do you work with remodelers outside Florida?

Yes. Burrow is based in Plant City, Florida, and we run campaigns for remodelers across the country. Meta targeting doesn't care where our office is. It cares about the radius around yours.

Everything runs the same regardless of your market: same four phases, same filter, same guarantee.

Who am I actually working with?

Felipe. Every time. No account manager, no call center, no handoff to a junior after the sale.

The person who builds your system is the person who runs it and the person who picks up when you call.
